A distinguished lawyer, Santosh holds 45+ years of experience in background verification and litigation. Starting his career as a correspondent for Retail Credit Company [EQUIFAX], he stepped into the world of background checks in 1977. He moved to companies such as Dun & Bradstreet before initiating AMS INFORM in 1981.

His business acumen and networking led him to establish one of the largest and the most preferred background screening companies. In the last 45 years, he has successfully established AMS INFORM in more than 14 countries and handles a staff of over 200 with brilliance and relentlessness.

Before actively involving himself with AMS INFORM, Sachin worked with IBM as a Senior Consultant, and explored the Indian, UK and USA markets in depth.

Kapil holds 15+ years of experience of Operations in the Insurance, Banking and Background Screening verticals. Kapil is a graduate from M.J.P. Rohilkhand University. He is enterprising leader with excellent record of contributions in streamlining operations, invigorated businesses, heightened productivity and enhanced internal controls and accuracy. He mentors different teams at AMS INFORM.

Shyam has more then 10 years of operations experience and works towards operational excellence.

Anjali Srivastava is an astute professional with over 6 years of rich experience. She holds an MBA degree with specialization in HR. Her areas of expertise incorporate recruitment, employee engagement, motivation, change management and performance management.
